What's the difference between rough clean, final clean, and touch-up clean?
A rough clean happens during construction and removes debris and heavy dust so trades can finish. The final clean happens after construction is complete and details every surface for occupancy. A touch-up clean handles dust that settles between the final clean and the walkthrough or handover.
